To keep our salon running smoothly and ensure every client receives a considered, unhurried service, we have the following policies in place.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Deposits:<\/span><br \/>&#8211; A deposit is required to secure all bookings.<br \/>&#8211; This deposit will be deducted from the total service bill at the time of your appointment.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling:<\/span><\/p><p>A minimum of 24 hours&#8217; notice is required for cancellations or changes.<br \/>Less than 24 hours\u2019 notice incurs a 50% fee of the booked service total.<\/p><p>No-shows will be charged the remaining 50% balance as per booked service.<\/p><p>Fees will be charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit.<\/p><p>All cancellations or changes must be made during business hours by contacting the salon directly.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Appointment Confirmations<\/span><\/p><p>You will receive an SMS confirmation 48 hours before your appointment.<br \/>Confirming your appointment indicates your agreement with this policy.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Late Arrivals<\/span><\/p><p>If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be adjusted or reduced to stay on schedule.<br \/>In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Changes to Booked Services<\/span><\/p><p>When booking, specific time is allocated for each service.<br \/>If you decide to remove or change a service on the day of your appointment ( for example , deciding not to proceed with a haircut or colour), where it is possible, a 50% fee of that service will still need to be charged.<\/p><p>If you are unsure about any part of your booking, please inform us in advance, preferably within 24 hours of your appointment. This allows us to make necessary adjustments if possible.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Redo\u2019s or Adjustments<\/span><\/p><p>If you feel your result needs adjusting, please contact us within 7 days of your visited appointment.
