Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To keep our salon running smoothly and ensure every client receives a considered, unhurried service, we have the following policies in place.

Deposits:
– A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
– This deposit will be deducted from the total service bill at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 50% fee of the booked service total.

No-shows will be charged the remaining 50% balance as per booked service.

Fees will be charged to the card on file or deducted from your deposit.

All cancellations or changes must be made during business hours by contacting the salon directly.

Appointment Confirmations

You will receive an SMS confirmation 48 hours before your appointment.
Confirming your appointment indicates your agreement with this policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be adjusted or reduced to stay on schedule.
In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

Changes to Booked Services

When booking, specific time is allocated for each service.
If you decide to remove or change a service on the day of your appointment ( for example , deciding not to proceed with a haircut or colour), where it is possible, a 50% fee of that service will still need to be charged.

If you are unsure about any part of your booking, please inform us in advance, preferably within 24 hours of your appointment. This allows us to make necessary adjustments if possible.

Redo’s or Adjustments

If you feel your result needs adjusting, please contact us within 7 days of your visited appointment. Complimentary adjustments will be provided where appropriate.

Refunds on services are not offered.

A Note on Respect

Last-minute changes and no-shows significantly impact the team and other clients attempting to book appointments.

Adhering to this policy ensures that Real Sonder can continue delivering the high level of care and experience for which it is known.
